I am hoping there is a resolution for this in my case we need to perform a hot V2V from esxi3 to vCenter4 of a couple VMs. We would like to use the converter, but it consistently fails. The guest os is server 2008 r2 64-bit. I have tried the recommended tests and resolutions with the same outcome.
