Why is copying VM's between instances on ESXI via Stand Alone Convertor very slow? The copying goes in chunks and the interval between active periods becomes bigger and bigger while the servers and the workstation are doing nothing.
Trying to copy a VM from an ESXI 6.5 via VMWare Stand Alone Convertor (most recent version) to another ESXI 6.0 (both systems can't run newer ESXI) and copying starts relatively fast but due to inactivity periods during the copy the copy takes 24 hours while the intitial estimate of the system is 1 hour.
