After reading the following three excellent articel I come to the following conclusion.

1. Analzye the average File Size read and write of the physical server which will be virtualized (pv2)
2. Before the P2V process defrag the partitions of the physical server
3. With the P2V Process the P2V should change the cluster size and align the partitions
4. After the end of the p2v process their should be test window to test the p2v server
5. After Test the p2v server the last syncronization step should down
Now which tool is on the market that can do this:
1.) Platspin has alignment and test process , but not the cluster size change nor the analyzer for captering the read and write file size of the application
2. ) Paragon has the P2V , Align and allthough a partition resizer for already existing vm's.
3.) VIzioncore has the fastet P2V tool. The optimizer does not work for esxi 4.1
