Windows 2008 R2 - Automount Disable does not work

I am configuring Windows 2008 R2 64bit for BackupExec 2010 but when I run Diskpart Automount disable and automount scrub. After I rebooted the server 2008 still asked me do I want to initilize the presented VMFS partitions?

I have checked and automount is disabled? and I ran scrub again? I tried this on another machine and the same happened?

Is there something else I should be running?

I have got also the exact problem with automount. After login the diskmanager starts and wants to initialize theese disks.

Its the same problem at two customers where the disks attached via FC.

I also have got a older 2008 R2 installation and LUNs are presented via iSCSI, there is no problem ???
