Snapshots on some machine never finish and fail

ESXi 4.0 running on SAN storage (ISCSI) Not overloaded.

Client machines running Server 2008 r2 with SQL or SBS 2008 (Exchange Disabled... dont ask)

Machines were converted from HyperV. Only issue seems to be with snapshots.

Any input appreciated.

Do you have a problem when taking the snapshot?

It would be helpful if you can also post the error message
