vrni responding very slowly / not taking username and password

My vrealize network Insight instance is responding very slowly.  It has taken greater than 3 min to get the initial log in page to come up in most cases recently.  Also, when I attempt to log into the web interface, the circle spins on the page for another couple of minutes before taking me back to the log in page.  This happens for the "admin@local" or any other user i try to log in with.   I am going to restart the nodes in an attempt to maybe clear out any issues.   any other thoughts?

Check with 5480 if everything Ok there. 
Maybe RAM and CPU should be added.

Thank you for the response as that is where I was headed next.  I was able to restart the proxy and platform servers and performance came back.  I will be working with support to make sure that we are right sized
