using Log Insight Version 4.5.1-6858700.
We would like to collect PCoIP logs from our locked down endpoints (Windows 7 x86 and Windows 10 x64) with Horizon Client 4.3/4.7 installed.
For each endpoint a unique local account is used for autologon, e.g. Hostname.AutoLogon, with a random password that changes each time the endpoint reboots (at least once every week).
The PCoIP logs are located in the logged on users %temp% folder (C:\Users\<Hostname.AutoLogon>\AppData\Local\Temp.
The logs are named as pcoip_client_YYYY_MM_DD_<hex>.txt
A standard install of the Log Insight Client MSI installs two services, VMware vRealize Log Insight Agent and VMware vRealize Log Insight Agent Updater
"C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\Log Insight Agent\liwinsvc.exe"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\Log Insight Agent\liupdater.exe"
Both of them are running as Local System.
With this setup, is it possible to collect the PCoIP logs from the logged on users %temp% folder?
How should we configure the Agent Configuration to collect logs from the current logged on user?
