how can I get VCOPS to intergrate with the Service now application

how can I get certain events to trigger priority 1, 2 ,3 or 4 levels in service now ?

You'll build out a workflow in vRO to interpret the alerts generated from vR Ops. vRO will then push to SN which will generate a ticket based on the vROps alert interpretation. This type of thing would typically involve a PSO consult.

You can integrate vCops witn ServiceNow by leveraging the Evanios Packaged Integration, which is free if you are integrating vCops only. This application not only allows for integration but also provides event management with our Evanios Operations application. Here isthe documentation link:
