how can I get certain events to trigger priority 1, 2 ,3 or 4 levels in service now ?

You'll build out a workflow in vRO to interpret the alerts generated from vR Ops. vRO will then push to SN which will generate a ticket based on the vROps alert interpretation. This type of thing would typically involve a PSO consult.
