Getting " Test was not successfull" message after adding vCloud Air details in MP for VCHS

Hi,

I have installed fresh vCOPS version 5.8.1 and have installed management pack for vCloud Air. After configuring management pack with vCHS details while testing the connection its giving me message "Test was not successful"

vCOPS capturing data from vCenter. But no luck with vCloud Air

Any Pointers

What do the adapter instance's logs show you?

Checked alert on vCOPS. its saying Resource is down, failed to login to vCHS. I am giving correct credentials though.
