Enabling the FsdbJdbcOverHttpServlet servlet in vCOps

Hi,

I'm trying to use Fsdb Jdbc Driver to get specific metric data. I've used this KB : Enabling the FsdbJdbcOverHttpServlet servlet in vCenter Operations Manager . In KB, it says you can uncomment FsdbJdbc servlet lines under /usr/lib/vmware-vcops/tomcat/webapps/vcops-vsphere/WEB-INF/web.xml file. There are no lines regarding FsdbJdbc. So I've made some search and found out that there is another file under /usr/lib/vmware-vcops/tomcat-enterprise/webapps/vcops-custom/WEB-INF/web.xml. And there are lines mentioned in KB. So I've edited just like in KB and restarted vcopsweb services. But it didn't work out. When I tried to reach https://vcopsip/FsdbJdbcOverHttpServlet, I got "Access denied" Error 403. I don't know what I'm missing. Can you help me about this?

vCOps version : 5.7.2

Regards,

Ramazan
