Alert Notifications and distribution lists

Hello all,

I have a few 8.1.1 vRealize Ops instances and and needing to send alerts outbound to a DL.

I configured the Notification correctly, but when I use a DL, it does not send any of the alerts.

If I remove the DL and add in a specific user email, it works correctly.

Does anyone know if this is a bug with this version and if this fixed in a later release?

Or does anyone know a way around this?

The DL does contain underscores

We had a similar problem. It wasn't with vROPS, it was due to AD not allowing service accounts to send to DL's.
