vcac-vami missing ??

Forgive me, I'm a VMware noob. I recently installed vrealize 4.7.1 from the ova and needed to rerun the install wizard. Googled around and found I could do that using /usr/sbin/vcac-vami, or editing /etc/vcac/vami.ini.

Logged in as root and found there was no /etc/vcac directory with a vami.ini file.  Nor could I find /usr/sbin/vcac-vami on the whole system. Is it not in the ova?  Does the appliance not have the full tools set? What's the deal?

Any idea from the vmware pros?

What version did you really install? There is no version "4.7.1".

More details on what you have and how you went about installing it, because it's not making sense.
