According to the documentation, there is supposed to be an installer available at https://vcac-hostname.domain.name:5480/installation
When I navigate to that page, I get a 404 error.
Where else can I get the guest OS agent installer from?
Their documentation is wrong... it should be https://vcac-hostname.domain.name:5480/installer
