VCAC 6.1 when and endpoint is defined in VCAC where does the config reside ?

when you go into the GUI and set and endpoint does that change the configuration on the IAAS windows server or the VCAC "CORE" Appliance ?

The config would reside in the database

the user/service who can write or modify it is the model manager.
