The Request approval has returned with an Error

Hi,

The environment is vRA7 with NO Active Directory, using only local users.

When submitting a catalog item, I have getting this error: The Request approval has returned with an Error

The error happens when the approval policy with the "Determine approvers from the request" option was selected.

The defined value selected --> Business Group > Managers > Users > manager

However, the request will be submitted successfully if the option selected in the approval policy is "Specify users and groups"

This issue is because the "manager" value is attempting to check the user's manager in Active Directory. Since you are using local users only it won't work.
