Sysprep Machine going into initial setup phase

Currently on the Testing phase of the deployment of VRA,

I have notice that, once a Machine is built within VRA and using custom configuration specs on vCenter to join the machine to a Domain and run sysprep. once the user logs on they are getting the initial setup for local admin account even tho they have logged on with there AD user.

how can i get this to skip this process.

I'm not sure what you mean by "they are getting the initial setup for local admin account". Can you clarify what they are seeing? vRA wouldn't have any hand in this process, so it must be your template. vRA only calls vCenter to clone from a template using whatever customization spec you define in the blueprint, so that's where you need to look.
