Missing Templates while creatring Blueprints and Vcenter Data Collection for VRA 7.1

Morning All,

Having a strange issue where VRA is not able to see a RHEL6 template in Vcenter.   It is however able to see the Windows 2012 R2.    As resolution VMware suggest to convert to VM and back to template with no lock and in oldver versions there was a way to run data collection.    Trying to Do a Self Service Demo next week so your help is appriciated.    Thanks!

Is the working Template in the same datastore location as the non working?

Also, are both templates "registered" to hosts within the same cluster?

Typically, missing templates are caused by the template being associated to resources that aren't part of a reservation in vRA.
