Blueprint Deployment stuck at 99%

Some of my blueprints that provision a cloned machine from a template end up getting stuck at 99%. The machine deploys fine and I can login and whatnot. But in vRA the deployment progress bar never fully completes. I find that it's when I add Custom Properties that this behavior happens.

How can I troubleshoot why the deployment never fully completes to 100%?

Did you install the vRA Guest Agent on the VM that became a template?

When I deployed Linux OS Catalog, stuck at 99%.

So I installed the vRA Guest Agent on the VM, which was 100% successful in deployment.

Yes, the template has the vRA Guest Agent installed.

Need more details. If you manually deploy a VM through vCenter using this template and the customization spec, does it complete and get a custom hostname and IP? If so, what custom properties are you assigning through vRA?
