Has anyone noticed that when using VM to load emulators (any operating system), sometimes it can be very slow?
I opened the task manager and found that the CPU usage is not at maximum!
Is this a problem with VM? I can't contact VM's technical support, so I'd like to ask for your opinions.
How can this be resolved? I'm a beginner, looking forward to your replies!
