anaconda working in appvolumes 4

but has anyone seen or done any updated work on getting anaconda working in the new appstack 4 format. We've tried those workaround with no luck

I had issues, and then finally I thought to add _conda.exe to the hookinjectionwhitelist and it seems to have worked. We're going to test with users as well.
