App Volumes Version: 4, RDSH Server: Windows Server 2016.
After provisioning an appstack to RDSH server, The application is not visible to the RDSH server. The RDSH server needs to be restarted to recognize this application.
Before RDSH server is restarted, The RDSH server has no AppStack（VMDK） attached from vCenter Server. Need to restart the RDSH server to resolve this issue.
Oddly enough, we had a case where this was done without a reboot. So I don't know if I really need to restart the RDSH Server.
