Linux to Horizon to Windows 10 No mic no sound

I have a user that is on his main machine which is a Linux OS logging into Horizon app with Blast settings (also tried RDP and PcIOP)

into a windows 10 machine. when bringing up Teams the MIC and SOUND are greyed out, after updated teams to its newest version getting error message VMWare Medica not connected. I saw a lot of other posts with users having the same issue from 2021 that are all still unresolved. 2023, is there a fix for this now?

Thank You all.
