Thank you forcaring about my case, I appreciate that.

Curently, I have a Case 23924538807: Deactivated Email [ ref:_00D409hQR._500Hr1XHMRY:ref ].

After long time waiting, two days ago, I recieved a CC email that my case was forwarded to licensing_entitlement_support@vmware.com by Ramakrishna Devisetti, from Business application support team (rdevisetti@vmware.com).
I am still waiting.

nothing happen, just a support form open, i filled in it and submitted it with no response.

Hi,

I would like to access vmware customer connect with my email (a.aljamel@it.misuratau.edu.ly), but couldn't. the system keeps displayinh a message of that my email is "deactivated" as shown in the image attached with this message.

I tried using the offered link, but no reaponse.

I need to schedule my exam by using that email as soon as possible.

help please or at least forwrd me to the right palce to help me.

Why there is no responce for this issue?
