I have a user with a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 with a second monitor and she is having an issue where the 2nd monitor goes black after a random amount of time. They are running VMware Horizon client 8.9 on the Surface Pro and Horizon Agent 8.4 in the VM. We have tried different cables and upgraded the client to the latest version, but nothing seems to work.
