Computer support provider sold me a high spec pc with VMware installed to enable me to use legacy XP software. His 'solution' has never worked succesfully from day one and has caused major problems I never had before with e.g. MS Office 365. He finally admitted the pc he supplied is unstable, has since fled and left me in the lurch big time.

I'm based in London (E6) and would appreciate a steer to finding someone who can assess / advise on recovering from the mess he's left me in.

Thx
