host key fingerprint verification failed when converting a linux machine

I am using converter 6.3 to convert a physical linux machine using rhel 5 to vm. I have getting the following error repeatedly. It always stopped at 3% after 3 minutes. here is the error message

FAILED: A general system error occurred: # IP:22 SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_4.3 # IP:22 SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_4.3 # IP:22 SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_4.3 # IP:
22 SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_4.3 Network error. Host 10.23.15.100 key can't be retrieved. (return code 2)
