you must uninstall the old version and then install the new version without migration steps. trust me, I faced it before.

People search issue

after configuring the people search service in a production environment. and testing it from the end-user side I get this error message on the web when I open the people tab "Oops, something went wrong. an error occurred while loading the directory please try again".
and I get this error message from the hub on the mobile "We are unable to fetch information".and I don't find any KBs related to this issue on the internet.
Note, people's AD sync is working fine without any issues.
Any ideas?

Solved by uninstalling the old version and installing and latest version without upgrade

I facing SSL trust with a Gateway field issue on workspace one tunnel agent on a Windows desktop.
although ssl mode on waf is pass-through.
device downloaded the required certificates after enrollment by the same thumbprint

After upgrading access, the old access connector old version is working fine but after the upgrade, the access connector to v 22.09.1 Dir sync is not working.

When selecting the es-config.json file and inter the file password during the upgrade wizard then clicking next the upgrade wizard is stuck, please advise me to solve this issue.
