When creating new account it accepts password outside password policy scope

Did You know that if You will specify password with more than 20 characters during account creation, You will not get error to input less. But then You will not be able to login until You reset with password which will match the policy.

You are right, instead of pointing to [ Address Line 1 ] it is complaining about ZIP code.
In my case I did not put number of building. And name of street was not enough. After I add number, it found 2 similar addresses and asked me to choose one.
All works once it matches user's input with its DB.
