      <description>&lt;P&gt;The deployed environment consists of Instant Clone VDI and App Volumes, virtualizing applications and enabling Writable Volumes to record application and user data. Now, it has been observed that an App Volume or Writable Volume is mounted onto an Instant Clone VDI, executing Excel 2016 Macros takes more than twice as long compared to the same Instant Clone VDI without App Volume VMDK mounted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Horizon:7.13&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wndows 10 1809 LTSC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;App volume 4.4.4.6&lt;BR /&gt;Office 2016 (Installed in Golden Image)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anyone available to assist with resolving this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would greatly appreciate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I found the issue is the snapshot of the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;parent VM. The top snapshot has to use the Distributed Switch group.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you to everyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't know why the instant clone pool can't choose the select network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have configured a Distributed Switch with static bind ports and with the parent VM.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have found the issue and resolved the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to share it, domain controller caused my issue. There are multi-domain controllers and sites in the environment. Few domain controllers have problems which caused the issue. I did a configuration to make the VDI link a healthy Domain Site to resolve the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have an issue when users log off their VDI, the machine will have the message" Instant Clone agent initialization state error (6) unknown failure".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We deployed a d&lt;SPAN&gt;edicated instant clone pool, the user can login at the first time, but if the user choose logoff, the machine will start to auto-refresh.
