vSphere Esxi 6.5 vHost become freeze

In my vmware vsphere 6.5 i have installed 3 virtual machine with ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04 for DNS, LOG and MRTG.

My DNS machine is working fine with 18.04 but the LOG (18.04 Ubunutu OS) and MRTG (20.04 UBUNTU os) freeze continiously like 6-10 hours. When they work they run fanstasticly, but when it freeze then i have to manually reboot every time. Any solutions..?
