As an IT Admin, "Add App" for virtual desktop users - for 3PP Apps, how to add & purchase license

Being an IT Admin, how can I add a new App e.g., AutoDesk's AutoCAD (not in VMware Marketplace) to allow it be used by my virtual desktop users?

Also, I cannot just "Add App" without 1st purchasing the license by myself, correct? How does that work? Does VMware Horizon expect the license file & App executable to be located somewhere before allowing "Add App"?

Any info on the procuring of 3PP software license prior to "Add App" & install/deploy of that App would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In Workspace ONE or Horizon, how are 3pp licenses (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Premier Pro) purchased for a company before those Apps are displayed on the App Catalog?

Say Company ABC's IT Admin want to include AutoCAD, Adobe Premier Pro and Microsoft Teams in their App Catalog, licenses are required to be purchased before they can be installed in a VM hosting server, right?

How does Horizon handle 3PP license procurement and fulfillment for apps on the App Catalog?
Thanks.
