We had multiple issues in our existing vcenter appliance 7.0 and vmware tech support suggested to rebuild a vcenter server appliance 7.0 and restore database from existing vcenter.

Can you please help me with any article with "How to take backup of our existing vcenter 7.0 database (postgresql) from shell and then restore to new build vcenter 7.0, we don't have any other backup of VCDB or vc appliance 7.0

also i want to know if that backup taking via shell will work after restoration to new VC.

or any other option to backup \ restore vcenter DB .

ESXi host 7.0.3 going to not responding intermittent and again getting connected

Hi,

I have been getting issue since 2 days, all the esxi hosts in vcenter going into not responding and connecting back intermittent, i have identified some suspicious entries in the vpxd log, attached the same , would you please help to identify the issue, Thankyou.
