I am new to Workspace One and have been tasked to review all policies set in Workspace One for our Organization. Can someone point me to documentation that might be helpful for this? Or possibly provide a quick list of locations that I might look at?

I have been tasked with administering our Workspace One solution. I have little knowledge of the product and don't have any reference material on our account. I attempted to submit a technical support request but apparently our account doesn't have any associated products.

I need to speak with a human being about getting support and can't find a phone number.

Any suggestions?
