you can try via samba protocol.
Once you have configured the folder on linux as shared by the mac from the top menu of the Finder --> Go --> Connect to Server and enter the machine name of the VM

I need to change the licence key on my managed VMware Fusion 13 Pro business laptops.

Is there a way via command line or can the user do it via GUI ? how ?

you can think of writing a workaround on how to export-import a VM. Basically you clone an existing VM, compact the files it creates into a zipper file. The pc that has to import just unzips the files and from vmware fusion do File --> Open and select the file that you just unzipped.

I just installed version 13 on my MacBook Pro with Apple M1 Pro chip and Monterey OS, but I can't start Windows 11 64bit ARM in any way. I tried with the version that provides VMware directly but nothing, so I tried with an iso created with UUP, and with a vmdk created starting from the official windows vhdx. Do you have any advice?

do you know if there is a method to prevent the user from changing some settings such as "network type"?

I want to deploy VMware Workstation Pro in my company but I want only me to be able to change some settings.
