Since VMware is playing hide & seek with customers i thought i could get some help from community.

Maybe can you point me where and how can someone make a formal contact with VMware?

Can't access esxi 7 WebUI or ssh

Hi,

I can't connect to esxi 7 webui and i cant ssh to it.

I am able to ping ip, and i have two vm on it that are assessable.

Error is "503 Service Unavailable (Failed to connect to endpoint: [N7Vmacore4Http16LocalServiceSpecE:0x000000fa9912a320] _serverNamespace = / action = Allow _port = 8309)"

Can't get support

There is only one Entitlement Account and i have two paid licenses associated.

Key is entered correctly, and yes i am only try to add the key before assign it.
