      <description>&lt;P&gt;- Are you connecting directly to Connection Server (you shold have internal CA root cert installed on your device)&amp;nbsp; or UAG (internal CA root cert not required)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- What OS are you using on your Horizon Client Device? Compare that to users who are able to connect without any issue. Do they have certificate validation enabled in Horizon Client?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Horizon is accessible from the internet you can use (cert ssl checker) to verify if UAG (or LB) certificate is correct&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This will confirm that connection between CS and DB server works fine and the problem is with Event Database..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
