Horizon apps cannot be dragged across screens on ChromeOS

We use Horizon as a virtual desktop platform for unsupported apps on ChromeOS. These apps work great but if the client have more than 1 screen the apps are limited to the primary screen only. Windows cannot be moved to the other screen.

Have anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any solutions? I've worked with Citrix before and they never had issues supporting multiple screens on ChromeOS.

Edit: We're using RDS, no full desktop mode just windowed apps.
