CNI container volumes orphaned files (not in the DB / container view)

In the fcd folder there are multiple vmdks and vmfd files, but there is only 1 of them present in the container volumes view. I believe these are from when we were testing permissions and some were missing, so when deleting them they were probably removed from the DB but not the files.
This is the same for multiple datastores assigned to the container volumes.

How should i go about verifying these are not in use and deleting them?
Is there a tool available, or would i need to make a script to take out the known volumes against the files in the datastores using govc?

Edit:
I have manually gone through the volumes, there are around 40 volumes in the view, there 7 vmdks in the /fcd/ folder in the different datastores that are not in the view.
2 of those disks are still mounted on the kubernetes nodes.

vcenter update tab missing

Hi,

after either an update or renewing the certificates (probably the latter) update manager has disappeared. I and assuming its the same problem as that afflicted this server with the VAMI port, not having the cert chain available (https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2136693)
I am assuming this as port 9087 on this server returns that the certificate isn't trusted (but is issued by the vcenter CA).

How / where can i add the chain info for this service port?

Using vcenter 6.7.0.48000

thanks
