Hi,

I have disabled this task for OneDrive to update on the gold image. However, it keeps coming back when a user logs on to an instant clone. I am using FSLogix for OneDrive.

Has anyone figured out how to stop this short of disabling it after the user logs on?

Thanks for any help!

Thank you Shen. I had been asked to create a tag on the client. I will do this instead.

Do you know how I can get a tag that I create for the Windows agent to be available to filter on that later?

Also, do you know how to filter on a VMware vm Vcenter tag?

Thank you!

Hi,

I am trying to create a tag for Windows servers so that Splunk can use the tag to grab the logs of the Windows servers which have been pushed to LogInsight. I see that I can do that in the insight client config, but I don't think that is working. Since VCenter knows what OS was set when the vm was built, what built-in tag would I be able to use? Or, any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi,

I have not been able to figure out what has changed in our environment - when using DEM with thin clients, we are successful in mapping the printers we wish to have mapped based upon the thin client name. This is definitely working.

The problem is this - all printers whose drivers are installed on the gold image are being mapped. We have tried deleting the printers from the gold image while leaving the drivers. No printers are mapped via a GPO of any kind. I cannot figure out why these are all mapping, does anyone have an idea of what I am missing?

Thanks!

Hi,

Really struggling with this. The gold image was at one point receiving the app volumes because I had it in the wrong ou (which was receiving them)... I have stopped the App Volumes Service, created a new snapshot, and attempted to push it, and it hangs. If I look at the snapshot created for an instant clone, it shows 8 hard drives. The only way I can get this to work is to the service on manual. I don't want to have to run a script to start the service when a clone has been created... I have only seen this behavior in my new environment which is all 2111...

Thanks in advance for any assistance...
