Cloud connector doesn't require a database but there are a few steps if you're planning to move to a new server.

If you're planning to install on a new server, ensure you can reach AWCM which is usually installed on your Device Server on https://servernameorip:2001/awcm/status (you should be able to see a "OK")

On your AirWatch Console go to Groups & Settings> All Settings>System> Enterprise Integration>Cloud Connector.

Download the cloud connector and install on the desired server. To test, go back to Groups & Settings> All Settings>System> Enterprise Integration>Cloud Connector and click "Test connection" your server and IP should show there. If it doesn't show. Check the Cloud connector server C:\VMware\AirWatch\Logs\CloudConnector.log it should show why it failed.

Depending on your architecture, check your Exchange configuration

Run the following command on Exchange PowerShell against an account and test sending attachments

Set-Mailbox -Identity "Sebastian" -MaxSendSize 25mb -MaxReceiveSize 35mb

I use UAG with SEG Role in it so I don't have any issues sending larger emails, but maybe the scenario 3 might help?

Unable to send attachments larger than 10MB (50101175) (vmware.com)

Also, do you receive bounce messages when sending emails out? because you must take into consideration the other end and what's the maxim size they accept, otherwise you will get bounced back.

Delete old Notification sent from Workspace ONE Access

Hi,

Does anyone know how to delete old notification form the Hub in Workspace ONE, the reason why is that I want to ensure new devices won't receive notification from the past, but any new device I enroll they keep receiving old notification and if someone send something wrong, I cannot undo it.

What's the version of your Workspace ONE?

Also, are there any error on your cloud connector logs?

Upgrade using the full installer for the version 2302 (Today the version 23.2.0.23). Then upgrade to 23.2.0.25

You can add no problem, but if you add a non supervised device you will lose a lot of features specially restrictions.

I suggest you to use apple configurator to set up the device (it will require a complete wipe) then when you add the device you will have the features enabled. It won't be 100% close to DEP but close enough
