      <description>Hi All, We use Instant Clone Floating assignment for the users to use desktop pools. I have installed Microsoft 365 Enterprise Apps application in the parent image and added registry key to use Shared Activation via GPO and user automatic sign to the application. I see that office application recognize my name when I open office apps inside VDI desktop but each time, it is asking me to activate office when I login the next day. How can I resolve this issue?       <description>How many other users are in your Instant Pool and do not have the 10 minute issue? Almost I have 10 users in the instant pool and others do not have this issue. Are you calling flexengine with GPO method? Yes Are you deploying the Instant Clone machines in the OU path to get the GPO.? Yes correct. Is your base image configured to connect App Volumes manager? If it is, the base image machine name should show up in the App Volumes manager activity logs. That is usually a good sign May I know where I can see these logs?</description>

Users can edit / create excel files without any issues. I wanted to add few ODBC settings to all users to the excel data source settings. If I add once and it will disappear during user logoff. Is there a way to redirect MS office settings alone via DEM console without using writable volumes? Then I pushed instant clone via Horizon admin window and I was able to create desktop pool with instant clone process without any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to delete the old desktop pool created on the horizon admin console, the desktop pool showing as deleting state for more than 2 hours and it is not going away from the console.
