VMware VIX + Debian 10 Buster install problem

Hi could some one give me a clue how to fix this? I trying install VMware-VIX-1.15.4-4352439.x86_64.bundle on my Debian 10. I have installed VMware Workstation 15.5.1 build-15018445.

During installation I gets such errors:
