      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having a weird issue.&amp;nbsp; We recently switched to UAG instead of Security Servers.&amp;nbsp; It seems like around that time we started getting tickets for users getting kicked out of their VDI after exactly 8 hours.&amp;nbsp; The global setting in the Horizon admin console is set to 720 minutes like it always has been.&amp;nbsp; The UAG is set to &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;"&gt;360000000 ms, which is 10 Hours.&amp;nbsp; The users still get the message "Logout request by system".&amp;nbsp; The session just disconnects so when the user logs back nothing is lost.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;"&gt;Environment details.....&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;"&gt;Horizon 7.6&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;"&gt;vSphere 6.5&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;"&gt;UAG 3.4&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;"&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had recently upgraded to App Volume version 2.14 from 2.12.&amp;nbsp; I updated the agents on the master VM and created new pools.&amp;nbsp; I noticed that the writables were still using the 2.12 template so I updated those to the 2.14 templates.&amp;nbsp; That's when this issue started.&amp;nbsp; I rolled back the agent to 2.12 and everything started working again.&amp;nbsp; Installed 2.14 and it broke.&amp;nbsp; I upgraded to 2.15 and everything is working perfectly.&amp;nbsp; Not sure what happened but there is some kind of bug with 2.14.2.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;After more troubleshooting I found that it is not just the RDP client.&amp;nbsp; It also shows the same message if you get redirected to authenticate with out ADFS server.&amp;nbsp; You are unable to enter any credentials.&amp;nbsp; The only workaround that I have found is to Open Credential Manager and add my credentials there.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having a weird problem with the Remote Desktop Connection client and pretty much anything else that requires you to enter a username and password.&amp;nbsp; If I delete the users writable profile then everything works like normal and allows you to enter your credentials to connect.&amp;nbsp; The next time the users logs in and opens the RDP client or tries to "Run As" another user you are not able to enter any credentials.&amp;nbsp; I attached the screenshot.&amp;nbsp; I tried to exclude the MSTSC.exe process from the snapvol.cfg file but no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to set the default template for the UIA_Plus_Profile volume?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Due to the migration to O365 I have had to give writable volumes to all users so that the caching of the OST file can be saved with their profile and won't have to download each time they login.&amp;nbsp; Since doing that we are having a lot of the writable volumes get full and users start getting error messages that they are out of space.&amp;nbsp; Rather then expand each one I created a new UIA_Plus_Profile Template which is 20GB instead of the default 10GB.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can create a volume manually using the new template and it works but when I add users to the security group in AD and it creates it automatically it still uses the old one.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I will narrow that down.&amp;nbsp; At least I know it works with App Vol installed and with a writable volume attached.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a quick background of my environment....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Horizon 7.6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;App Vol 2.14&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UEM 9.14&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10 Enterprise 1803&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded to Horizon 7.6 due to compatibility issues with previous version and Win10 Ent 1803.&amp;nbsp; I now have an environment that is compatible according to VMware.&amp;nbsp; I am having the same old start menu and search issues that should be resolved.&amp;nbsp; If i have app vol installed on the image then the start menu and search functions are broken.&amp;nbsp; If I just remove App Vol and recompose the pool then it works again.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't seem to be related to a writable being attached.&amp;nbsp; I tested with and without.&amp;nbsp; I also already added the line to disablehotplug as recommended by VMware.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other ideas?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a situation and trying to figure out the best method moving forward so any input would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A little background.&amp;nbsp; I have recently upgraded to the below versions to better support O365 and Windows 10.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;App Vol 2.14, UEM 9.5, Horizon 7.6.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the recent deployment of O365 it was recommended to give all users Writable Profiles because of the need to enable Outlook caching.&amp;nbsp; This allows it to cache only the first time.&amp;nbsp; I leveraged UEM quite a lot but not sure it's needed anymore.&amp;nbsp; Looking for some advice on how I should still use UEM.&amp;nbsp; Will there be a conflict if both are used?&amp;nbsp; Should I remove my applications in UEM since the application data will now be backed up with the writable profile?&amp;nbsp; If you have used Writable volumes before then you know they have to be deleted sometimes due to weird issues which then loses all of the users data.&amp;nbsp; I'm thinking that UEM would be handy in that case since it will have all of the IE cache and application stuff saved with the roaming profile.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no errors logged anywhere in the Horizon console.&amp;nbsp; I can increase VM's on other pools with no issues just not this specific pool.&amp;nbsp; I can restart VM's so I know the service account it working.&amp;nbsp; When you increase the number of VM's in the pool it should start cloning the template but never does.&amp;nbsp; It just ignores it.&amp;nbsp; It's so weird.&amp;nbsp; This just started after upgrading to 7.2.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
