VM hangs on third guest OS

I am new to VMWare and have a setup with 2 VM running. I created a third VM and installed Windows XP 32 bit. But I am not able to run VM 2 (Windows Server 2008) and VM 3 (Windows XP) together.

I can keep VM 1 and VM 2 or VM 1 and VM 3 running, but if I start all 3 VMs the whole Host server hangs. I can individually run VMs or a combination of Linux and Windows. But when I start both windows it hangs.

Is there a way I can debug what is wrong with the setup? Any help appreciated.

Host: VMWare vSphere 5 Hypervisor (VMWare ESXi 5.5.0 (VMKernel Release Build 1746018))

Memory: 32 GB

1) Guest OS: Linux 6 64 bit

VM Version: 8

Memory: 8 GB

2) Guest OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit

VM Version: 8

Memory: 20 GB

3) Guest OS: Microsoft Windows XP Pro 32 bit

VM Version: 8

Memory: 1 GB
