Floating Automated Pool two users contesting for the same vm

As the subject states I have an automated floating pool and twice now we have had two users (different users each time) contesting for the same vm. I've just deleted the contested vm and let it rebuild both times but twice in two days? Is this just a bug or is there something I can do? Thank you in advance.

Horizon 8.8.0 - 21073894

Patching vc-7.0u3g to vc-7.0u3i Smart Card Authentication for vcenter fails

As the subject says when I upgraded from g to i smart card authentication to the vcenter fails now. I've checked the logs and do not see anything there. also Under administration in vcenter I have both smart card and user+pass checked. I also checked the config.xml to verify that vcenter will request client certificate. It's set to true. It seems that none of the settings changed but smart card authentication stopped working. It doesn't even prompt for the cert. Thank you!
