And make sure to set every entity (ESXi hosts, vCenter&amp;nbsp; &amp;amp; AD etc)&amp;nbsp; in the environment to use same NTP server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the time related issues are resolved, then proceed with the all of the steps as mentioned by Jordon in comment# &lt;A href="https://communities.vmware.com/message/2695641"&gt;Re: Can't sign into VCSA with AD credentials&lt;/A&gt;​ .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once after joining the domain, vCenter server may needs to be restarted, please do so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
