Our environment is NFS, not vSan.

I see the same and this is a true visibility suite drawback. sys/ starting names make it really confusing to tell what blade center issues are on. It should be a bladecenter/sys/device name not sys/devicename. I'm quite surprised TVS has had this around for so long without fixing coding. The dashboards with several sys/blade names (one per blade center) are confusing as user doesn't know which bladecenter is in question until several clicks into the situation.

Our environment is running vSphere Client version 7.0.3.01100 and 7.0.3 ESXi. There are tons of vsan messages/logs being generated that were not generated when we were version 6.x.

VMware support tells me what I see is normal and means we are ready to enable vsan if we want. What I want is to stop the flooding of messages/logs as they pose as red herrings when our teams troubleshoot, not to mention the wasted disk space on prem.

Filtering them out in loginsight isn't the answer as Splunk will have the mesages, as well as the files on the esxi host.

Is there a way in advanced confg of a esxi host to turn off all logging for vsan? The image below is just a small sampling.

I have a list of custom dashboards that I want shared with 3 teams, rougly 20+ dashboards.

I'm looking for a faster way than accessing each dashboard and assigning each group to the 20+ dashboards. Is there a powercli syntax that allows me to update the groups allowed to view a list of dashboards?

I'm also looking for a place to set default dashboard view on a custom dashboard. I expect I won't have any luck with this request.

It's rather time consuming to set the sharing groups for each dashboard, plus room for error.

Group "Everyone" has no permissions --- how can I fix this so that they can at least view dashboards?
