      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need some help to understand the setup for the &lt;A _jive_internal="true" href="https://communities.vmware.com/message/2141926#2141926"&gt;vCenter Heartbeat 6.5 installation .&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enviornemnt Details -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"&gt;I have a VCenter and SQL 2008 Server setup on seperate Virtual servers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"&gt;Need to setup vCenter Heartbeat 6.5 on two new Vcenter / SQL Server Virtual servers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steps Implemented&amp;nbsp; -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"&gt;Cloned Vcenter and installed the Heartbeat on both of them with proper Channel network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"&gt;SQL&amp;nbsp; Clone /replication - Pending&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal"&gt;Question -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal"&gt;Do I need to &lt;STRONG style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"&gt;clone the existing SQL server with database&lt;/STRONG&gt; and install the HeartBeat on both SQL virtual servers?       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its resolved , after uninstalling the View agent and tools from the parent machine and rebooted the machine.&amp;nbsp; Re-installed VMware tools and Agent and re-deployed the linked clones and everything started working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I tried with different templates and images to check it and its still same issue .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It just stays on&lt;STRONG&gt; customizing&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
