Could not obtain certificate.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"&gt;Same for ip or short name. i can resolve hostname from ssh.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"&gt;Any Ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tow vCenter server added to my product list in &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;vCloud Usage Meter 3.5 Build 4359663.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Both has becom in the inactive list. If i try to re-activate the host i get the error: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;There was a problem checking the certificate for vcenter01.name.local:443. Unexpected exception: java.net.UnknownHostException: vcenter01.name.local&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no button to delete the host. How can I solve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="vmum.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://communities.vmware.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/69262i86E363F910B1DCF0/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="vmum.png" alt="vmum.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Can you please add vcenter server FQDN entry in host file of vcloud usage meter server and then activate it. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello i got the same error while trying to add my vcenter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Added the vcenter IP an FQDN in the hosts file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now i get the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;There was a problem checking the certificate for "vcenter.domain":443. Unable to connect with "vcenter.domain" on port 443: java.net.ConnectException: Network is unreachable&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

The problem for me was that I was using the internal IP of the vCD server. vCD services do listen on that interface so I ended up having to use the IP/Hostname for the interface on the DMZ&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
