topic When does vCD change a VM MAC in VMware vCloud Director Discussions

Greetings All,

I'm looking for some info that will detail under what circumstances vCD will allocate a new MAC address to a VM. Is it only when the VM is re-deployed or are there other scenarios that will cause the MAC to change? We are running vCD 9.7. Any help or pointers towards relevant documentation would be most welcome, I can't seem to find anything that covers this.

Thanks
